How can I get my map pack to download completely?

Ok so I already purchased Map Pack 2 for the PS3 but its not downloading completely. I have tried downloading it on separate occasions but it keeps freezing at 47% (1131/2355). I don't know if its my playstation or my internet connection, I even left it over night and it still was at 47%. Any suggestions on what I could do to get it to download??
