How how is it at night time?

I am travelling to Belgium in August to compete in a International Folklore Festival with my Irish dancing group. I was wondering what to bring and then I thought about what to wear when I go to sleep. Will it be hot at night over there? Please answer as I don't want to be sweating like a horse when Im over there!
