I miss My mom so Much! And my dad will not take me to see her. Any tips on helping my convince him?

My mom and dad Separated when I was About 5. But My mom took me but eventually my dad got me back. Now that I live with my dad, I maybe get to see my mom... If im lucky once a Year.): I haven't spent a whole day with her for more than 5 years now. Im not allowed to txt or call her on my phone(but i can call her on my dads phone when he is home) and she doesnt even know where i live.. My Dad always thinks my moms Up to something bad but shes really a good mom (But she is an Alcoholic). But im hoping there is some way I could convince my Dad to let me see her. Anny Advice?
