Meeting Norwegian singles?

I'm an 21 y/o American male who has been interested in Norwegian history, culture, food, folklore, etc. for quite some time now. I would like to meet a Norwegian woman and eventually start a serious relationship with her, but didn't know how to go about it and had some questions. Are Norwegians fond of Americans? Do Norwegians mind speaking English? Should I go and travel to Norway to find someone or should I try online dating? If so, which cities would be best to visit or which websites are good for meeting single Norwegians? Thanks!
