Mythology and folklore book help?

I am looking for a good book on Japanese folklore, particularly the tale of Amaterasu the sun goddess. But all I can find are comic books. Can someone recommend a book, or at least a good site that would probably have something. I have checked Amazon, Ebay, Barnes and Noble, and Borders.
