Yes I think she could very easily be a model but she should have some full length photo's taken so we could see more of her, that very well could be what will get the results she is looking for as they often like to see all of the subject and it depends what she would be modeling for she might consider having some taken of her barefoot and sandals that also opens up more opportunities for her, Good luck!
