Harry Potter: Why does Harry think everyone is dying for him, are they not dying for the Wizarding World?

They are dying for both him and the Wizarding World--protecting him is protecting the best hope for their homes. Harry knew that he was the one who stood the best chance against Voldemort and that the lives lost were sacrificed so he could get to and stop Voldemort--many people would take that blame onto themselves.
