What is the name of this song?

There's this song..i don't know the name of it...but in the video there are 3 separate people(teens) and they each get bullied theirs 1 girl and 2 boys and the girls ends up wanting to cut herself i think and one of the boys wants to hang himself and the other one wants to jump off the bridge and onto a highway. I think the one who wants to jump off the bridge is black(african american). And at the end of the video these people come up and..i think they say you can change or make it better..or something. It's been on mtv music video's in the morning. Please help me D:
