Why is a 7 year old girl lying? It usually happens to manipulate people.?

She usually doesnt get in trouble, pretty good behavior. Her mom is very permissive and it is always waiting at her hands n feet. Howevr she does lie and usually about so many stupid things except a couple of times where there have been big elaborate lies about her mom having a boyfriend and the described the guy to a t, there was noone. When is it going to stop? Any specific n good articles? parents are separated for 2 years but he is there for her all the time. very good father. Other symptoms she has she only wants to talk about grown up stuff, like boyfriends, make up, plays pretend boyfriend. She also wants to always wear grown up clothes, shoes etc. Is this lil girl normal, she just turned 7 this month.
